Adam Patel has extensive experience in hotel ownership, ground-up development, acquisitions, construction, operations, and long-term asset strategy across multiple hospitality brands. Together, Adam and Nina Patel have built Steel Hospitality through disciplined ownership, operational expertise, and long-term strategic growth across nationally recognized hospitality platforms.
Nina Patel was recognized with the AAHOA Women's Leadership Award in 2025 and is an active leader within the hospitality industry. She also serves as a faculty member at Cedar Crest College, teaching MBA and undergraduate courses including Economics, Women in Leadership, and leading the Hospitality Program.
